1. Information we collect
When you apply using "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address and profile picture. With your permission we also read, in read-only mode, basic information about your own YouTube account: your channel ID, the channel creation date, whether you are subscribed to the VKV Sir channel, and whether you have commented on VKV Sir videos. Optionally you may share your role and college or company.
2. How we use it
Only to decide and manage free membership, to re-check pending applications automatically, and to email you about your membership status. We never post, comment, subscribe or change anything in your account, and we never sell or share your data.
3. Google API Services – Limited Use
VKV Sir's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for membership verification and is not used for advertising or AI model training.
4. Storage & retention
Data is stored securely in admin-only storage. Pending applications not completed within 90 days stop being checked.
5. Your choices
Revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email vinodvermavkvsir@gmail.com to delete your data within 30 days.
