With more than two decades of combined corporate and academic experience, Dr. Verma brings practical insight to every classroom. His five years in industry, leading international projects as a Project Manager in Dubai and Afghanistan and later serving as a General Manager in Indian industry, gave him a first-hand understanding of real-world engineering, people and business challenges.
What truly sets him apart is his passion for teaching and innovation. Over more than seventeen years in academia, he has guided countless students towards their academic and professional goals. His commitment to innovation is reflected in his research publications, a granted patent, and consultancy work delivered for various industries and government projects.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Verma is valued as a mentor and motivator. Students regularly seek his advice on careers and personal growth, drawn by his genuine wish to see them succeed. As a coordinator of the Training and Placement Cell, he bridges academia and industry by building partnerships with leading companies and HR professionals.
